Software

Our programmers deal with software development related to factory automation on the major PLC Manufacturers’ platforms and offer optimised HMI interface solutions using either advanced operator panels or industrial PCs.
The software house proposal is addressed both to Industrial Machine Manufacturers and to electro-technical companies who do not have in-house software development department, but want to offer their Customers a complete service.



    

Electrical cabinets

We build-up customisable CE marked equipment, using top-quality materials, either with traditional control techniques or managed via programmable logic technology.
We are capable of supplying electrical cabinets for management of plants and machinery, even of large size, equipped with:

- Drives of variable power for DC and brushless motors.
- Frequency converters and sophisticated drives for three-phase asynchronous motors.
- Electronic braking systems.
- PLCs.
- Synoptic panels , touch screen operator panels and industrial PCs for Human Machine Interface.

Particular attention is reserved to wiring, inspection and electrical testing activities, in full compliance with the regulations in force.
Destined to USA and Canadian markets are manufactured using exclusively UL or CSA norms-compliant components.


We provide systematic maintenance, upgrading and ad-hoc modifications to meet the specific Customer needs.
We also manage retrofitting of plants which must be upgraded to the current industry technology due to safety reasons or to the need of improving production performances.



    

Retrofitting

Many plants over a certain age need to be updated to new technologies or automated for reasons of safety and of production performance. As known, the mechanical parts get old much slowly that electronics which becomes obsolete in a short time.
The difficulty for technical assistance and especially the impossibility to obtain spare parts, primary elements for a regular functioning of the system, added to high cost of buying new machinery, suggest sometimes a retrofitting as optimum solution.
We have the knowledge and experience to carry out a modernization of hardware and software installed that does not alter the functionality of the system, making the required improvements.

Teleservice

We offer solutions for remote service and continuous remote monitoring of unattended plants.
The products used by our company are fitted with an analogue or digital modem (ISDN, GSM, GPRS, PSTN) to allow an easy remote service of the major PLC brands on the market, using their traditional programming software tools.
These devices also operate with router interface and allow an effective remote service through the Internet over DSL or GPRS platform, under secure VPN mode.
Whenever software changes and/or checks are requested, our service department easily gets into communication with the remote plant.
